Rundong Liu

Leo Liu is an Associate Fellow of iQ (Alternative Dispute Resolution). He served as the Chief Representative of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) China Office for over three years. Prior to joining SIAC, Leo worked in the dispute resolution and antitrust practices of a “Red-Circle” Chinese law firm. He has previously worked in an international law firm and a domestic arbitration commission in China. Apart from being listed arbitrators for several leading Chinese arbitration institutions, he contributes to Singapore-China cooperation by serving in the cooperation councils of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Guangdong.

Leo participated in some cutting edge legal research and legislation projects as the member of task forces invited by the Ministry of Commerce, the Supreme People’s Court and the State Administration of Industry and Commerce. He is a senior fellow of the Arbitration Rule Research Centre of China Academy of Arbitration Law, Master Supervisor at Shanghai University of Politics and Law, and published articles on Legal Daily, People’s Legal Journal, Lexis and Mondaq, etc.
