Neal F. Grenley

Neal F. Grenley is an iQ Council Overseer. He is an expert in corporate and commercial law. His broad-based practice relates primarily to international corporate and commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on international mergers and acquisitions transactions, and transnational joint ventures. He has represented numerous multinational clients in telecommunications joint ventures, asset dispositions and acquisitions, major contract negotiations, and international financial transactions. His clients include defence contractors, commercial satellite manufacturers and operators, wireless telephony providers, industrial enterprises, and high technology companies, among which are a number of enterprises, and individuals based in the Gulf Cooperation Council (G.C.C.).

Mr. Grenley is the Executive Partner of White & Case’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Partnership Committee. He was resident partner from 1978 to 1986 in Saudi Arabia. He has lectured widely on Middle Eastern and Arab law topics, and has been published on topics ranging from public sector dispute resolution in Saudi Arabia, to construction contract issues in the Arab World.

He received his A.B. from Princeton University in 1969, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1972. He was also Reviews Editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.
