Professor Colleen Graffy is a member of the iPlatform Committee of Academic Fellows. She is Director of Global Programs at Pepperdine University School of Law and is based in London as Academic Director of their London Law Campus. She was previously Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy for Europe and Eurasia at the US State Department. She was one of the first high level US government officials to actively advance "Public Diplomacy 2.0" using Twitter and other social media platforms to further US communications. She is a member of various institutions and organisations including The Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Pacific Council and The British Institute of International and Comparative Law. She is Chairman of the Society of English and American Lawyers and is a Bencher of the Middle Temple. She was awarded a BA from Pepperdine University and a MA from Boston University. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister and holds a LLM from King's College, London.
